- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the freight forwarding process, including air, ocean, and land transport.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices).
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., carriers, customs brokers).
- Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure the best rates and terms.
- Oversee the movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the entire process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
