• Network with key stakeholders -internal and external for the benefit of the organization.
• Enhancing employee experience by actively contribute to building programs/process/policies.
C) Talent Management/Development
• Actively drive the talent agenda to ensure high quality talent through levers of hiring, development, succession planning, managerial effectiveness, Talent Review Process internal movements, mentoring, coaching etc.
• Coach and advise people leaders on talent placement, talent action planning.
• Partner with different team leader and Talent Management in launching training and leadership development programs.
• Drive diversity & inclusion goals for the site.
D) Performance Management
• Design, create and implement performance management system for employees across the company.
• Drive a culture of continuous review, performance driven growth and Drives performance via KPI.
F) Learning & Development
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Support the implementation of policy and induct new employees.
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs to build capabilities across all levels and also develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with department heads to roll out functional, technical, and leadership development programs.
• Promote a continuous learning culture through e-learning platforms, workshops, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
E) Budgeting, compensation and compliance:
• Partner with management and finance for annual budgeting related to manpower, training and engagement.
• Annual salary planning, policies & benefits for organization.
• Prepare the Annual Budgets and track expenditure on all topics in HR.
• Compliance with various labour and HR related legal compliances.
Qualifications and Educational Requirement
- Postgraduate in Human Resources with an overall experience of at least 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in a leadership role in an MNC (mid-size organization).
- Needs to have full time MBA degree in HR from a reputed institute. Excellent communication skills with great amount of enthusiasm and drive.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of all HR disciplines including applicable labor laws.
- A demonstrated track record in working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management from senior leaders to managing junior staff.
- Digitally savvy, high EQ and a high-energy problem solver.
- Planning, coaching, collaborating with a strong employee orientation.
