In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our geospatial initiatives through rigorous field surveys and precise data collection processes. We are looking for a professional who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of data integrity and contributing to the technical success of our regional projects.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive field surveys to gather accurate geospatial data in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform systematic GIS data collection, ensuring all information is captured with high precision and consistency.
- Process, organize, and manage collected data within centralized GIS databases to facilitate efficient analysis.
- Collaborate with the project team to verify the accuracy of spatial information and troubleshoot any discrepancies encountered during field operations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding field activities and data processing workflows.
- Assist in the generation of spatial reports and maps to support decision-making processes for organizational stakeholders.
- Ensure all field equipment is maintained and utilized according to safety and operational protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in GIS, with a specific focus on field surveys and geospatial data collection.
- Strong understanding of GIS software and methodologies applied to real-world data collection.
- Demonstrated ability to perform fieldwork effectively and manage technical data with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret spatial requirements accurately.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field environment while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
