Job Title: Godown Manager (Virtual Godown)Location: Pune Job Responsibilities:● Oversee and manage operations of a virtual godown (third-party / digital warehouse system) .● Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients for smooth inward & outward movement of goods. ● Monitor inventory levels on software; ensure real-time stock updates.● Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, and stock reconciliations.● Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and delivery as per client/customer requirements.● Regularly conduct virtual stock audits and coordinate with physical warehouse teams for verification.● Handle discrepancies, shortages, or damages with proper reporting and corrective measures. ● Implement safety, compliance, and company SOPs for warehouse management.● Liaise with accounts/finance teams for billing, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and documentation.● Provide MIS reports to management regarding stock, dispatch, and overall godown performance.Key Requirements:● Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.● 5–6 years of experience in warehouse/godown management (virtual or physical).● Strong knowledge of inventory management software, MS Excel .● Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.● Ability to manage multiple vendors, transporters, and client demands simultaneously.● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
