Educational Qualification
 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, or a
related discipline.
 Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/project experience are
preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Float RFQs for prototype and new development projects, obtain approvals,
and release Purchase Orders.
2. Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, feasibility, tooling status, and
prototype part deliveries.
3. Support sourcing activities for New Product Development (NPD) by working
closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
4. Track prototype development milestones, supplier readiness, and project
timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.
5. Prepare MIS reports, sourcing dashboards, and procurement performance
metrics.
6. Maintain procurement documentation, supplier records, and ERP master data.7. Participate in cost reduction (VA/VE) and localization initiatives.
8. Support commercial discussions by collecting and analyzing supplier
quotations.
Technical Skills Required
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
 Good computer literacy and data analysis skills.
 Strong presentation and communication skills.
 Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and sourcing summaries.
Functional Competencies
 Understanding of technical drawings, BOMs, and cost structures.
 Basic awareness of Incoterms and commercial terms (preferred).
