* Understand and effectively use Telugu meme culture, humour, satire, political communication and internet trends.
* Create designs that are simple, sharp, attention-grabbing and relevant to current trends.
* Work on typography, layouts, photo manipulation, illustrations and visual compositions.
* Create multiple design variations and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.
* Work closely with content writers, video editors and the wider creative team to execute ideas.
