Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in procurement/buying, with at least 5–8 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce is mandatory.
• Education: Full-time Degree or (MBA preferred).
• Proven expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and supplier relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
