This role is responsible for enabling strategic procurement outcomes by delivering actionable analytics, market intelligence, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & ; Strategy
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of procurement analysts and specialists
Define and implement the strategic direction for procurement performance, analytics, and capability development
Collaborate with procurement leadership to shape and execute data-driven procurement strategies
Own and drive high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
Procurement Analytics & Insights
Develop and lead advanced analytics on procurement data to generate actionable insights
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure procurement performance, efficiency, and compliance
Deliver market intelligence to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities
Enable data-driven decision-making across procurement and category strategies
Process Excellence & ; Digital Transformation
Design and implement best-in-class procurement processes, tools, and technologies
Drive procurement digital transformation initiatives and innovation
Ensure governance of procurement processes, systems, and programs
Continuously improve process maturity, efficiency, and compliance
Performance Management & ; Compliance
Develop and deploy supplier performance management frameworks, including scorecards and governance models
Drive procurement compliance by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and improve overall procurement performance and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
Build strong alignment with internal stakeholders across business lines and functions
Drive communication and engagement across procurement and the wider organization
Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and tools
Influence senior leadership through effective communication and data storytelling
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations
Identify improvement opportunities across procurement processes and systems
Proactively manage risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Ensure timely delivery of initiatives with expected quality and outcomes
People & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, global team, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Drive capability building, succession planning, and talent development within the team
Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and regular feedback mechanisms
