Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-facing activities, aftermarket sales, service, and engineering for Rail & Marine.
- Full P&L accountability.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop a 5-year strategic plan for India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales, service, and engineering teams, focusing on building a robust engineering team in India
- Drive cost reduction, localization, and achieve regional performance targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Rail sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven experience working in a global or multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, technologies, and regulatory environments.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
