Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition • Own and drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all levels: Leadership, Lateral, Early Careers, and Global Hiring. • Build a scalable and agile hiring engine aligned with our business aspirations in developed and emerging markets. • Partner with HRBPs to forecast talent needs and deliver against key hiring metrics. • Lead the contractor workforce strategy, balancing flexibility and capability. • Leverage technology, market insights, and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience. • Design & institutionalize AI capabilities in TA processes, impacting productivity and experience • Coach and lead a high-performing TA team 2. Employer Branding • Lead the design and execution of global employer brand strategy to attract top talent in India and international markets. • Build compelling employee stories, thought leadership content, and campus engagement initiatives that bring our EVP – “Growth with Global impact” – to life. • Strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms. • Collaborate with Marketing and Business leaders to amplify voice as a technology product leader. 3. Campus Hiring • Design & institutionalize early career’s hiring model to fulfill unique demands of businesses. • Consult leaders of talent availability, attraction strategies to improve early careers talent base. • Be the champion for all campus engagements . Design innovative engagement programs. • Review and publish leadership MIS on all matrices related to early careers talent pool. • Bring thought-leadership on proactive demand anticipation and designing fulfillment strategies.
