Experience required: 6-10 yearsPreferred Industry: Clinic/Hospital/Healthcare Key Responsibilities:*Talent Acquisition* (80%)Drive end-to-end recruitment across verticals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingBuild a strong talent pipeline through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, etc.)Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver timely closuresImplement best practices in hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer brandingManage recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing channel effectiveness)Negotiate and roll out offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and internal parityOnboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organization *HR Business Partner* (20%)Work closely with business units to understand team dynamics and support people strategiesHandle basic employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanismsAssist with performance management cycles and support career development discussionsAddress employee queries and ensure a positive workplace environmentCoordinate with functional heads for smooth HR operations and grievance handling Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related fieldProven experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HRBP activities- Preferably in Clinic set up or health care but not madatory Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentHands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn sourcing
