- Compensation & Benefits Ensuring a flawless salary system (fixed and variable salary components) incl. social insurance, structuring employment conditions incl. salary systems, bonus payouts, gratuity and tax, increment roll-outs and exit calculations etc. for both Head Office and Plant employees.
- HR Reporting Ensure accurate and timely reporting on various topics to respective stakeholders at local, regional and global levels
- Recruitment Coordinate internally and externally with recruitment consultants to facilitate/arrange interviews, conduct first level CV screening, interact and engage with candidates and manage complete onboarding process.
- Employee insurance Support employees on insurance-related topics and queries, enroll new joiners into company insurance and remove exited employees, assist and support insurance renewal
- Operations and admin Manage employee personnel file, day to day operations and administrative matters (including attendance and leave), compliance and regulatory requirements, handling internal services.
- Employee engagement and communication Coordinate and manage internal communication (e.g. internal memos. townhalls, organizational changes, etc.) and organize employee events, management conferences and factory marketing as well as internal employer branding.
