You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from overseeing daily operations to strategic HR planning.

ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:
You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring seamless operations for our team of 18+ remote sales employees across India. This includes managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
Specifically the activities will be:
Your responsibilities will encompass attendance tracking, disciplinary actions, policy enforcement, payroll coordination (with an external agency), offer letter creation, performance reviews, maintaining employee records, and providing comprehensive HR support to Sales and Office leadership teams. You will also oversee office administration, vendor relations, and facility management, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained work environment.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?
We require a candidate with 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, demonstrating a strong track record in managing diverse HR functions within a company. Prior experience in global or corporate settings is preferred, but not mandatory.
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and efficiently. Familiarity with Tally and/or SAP is a plus. Experience in Medical, Pharma, or Corporate setups is welcome.
