We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, providing support across the organization.
TasksResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing hiring processes, overseeing payroll, developing and implementing L&D programs, managing employee relations and resolving conflicts (R&R), designing and implementing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing public relations (PR), handling performance and learning improvement (PLI) management, and addressing industrial relations (IR) matters.
SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in all aspects of HR management is essential, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. Proficiency in HRIS systems is a plus. A strong understanding of employment law and regulations is required.
