support new product introductions and process improvements.
Manage capital projects including cost justification, ROI analysis, and implementation planning.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, productivity, and cost
savings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems, simulation tools) for process
optimization.
Lead change management efforts related to new technologies, systems, or process changes.
Education Background:
B.Tech/Diploma in Industrial Engineering with Min 8 ~ 15 years’ experience from reputed
Manufacturing industries.
