Key Responsibilities
Mechanical & Electrical Installation: Execute the complete installation of elevator components, including guide rails, machine room equipment, car frames, and door systems according to KONE’s global methods.
Wiring & Connection: Perform precise wiring of control panels, hall buttons, lanterns, and safety circuits; must distinguish color-coded components.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a "Zero Accident" culture by adhering to strict site safety standards and conducting daily risk assessments.
Site Management: Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to meet project timelines and ensure site readiness.
Testing & Handover: Conduct initial testing of equipment and assist the Installation Engineer/Tester in the final handover to the maintenance team.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in elevator installation, modernization, or heavy machinery assembly.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, welding equipment, leveling tools).
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, lift up to 25kg, and spend approximately 80% of the day standing or walking in a field environment.
