Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing innovative interior design solutions for clients while actively engaging in project procurement. Advanced proficiency in both AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration: Understand client needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.
- Concept Development: Create functional design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, color palettes, and lighting schemes.
- Presentations: Prepare detailed presentations featuring mood boards, sketches, 2D drawings (AutoCAD), and material samples.
- Technical Drawings: Generate construction and installation drawings using Homworks software.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and client pitching skills.
