Job Title: Associate AI Platform Support Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate AI Platform Support Engineer to join our team and support our growing AI production environment. In this role, you will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting active AI agents hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI. You will work closely with senior engineers, learning best practices in cloud support, deployment pipelines, and incident management.
What You Will Do
Assist with Production Health: Help monitor the end-to-end performance and uptime of AI agents running on GCP and Vertex AI under the guidance of senior team members.
L1/L2 Defect Triage: Assist in investigating and resolving basic technical issues, routing complex bugs to appropriate engineering teams.
Support Deployments: Participate in standard release processes and assist with deploying updates and fixes to AI services.
Learn & Contribute: Adopt established operational processes and contribute to continuously improving support workflows.
Work with CI/CD: Learn to work with CI/CD pipelines and assist in maintaining automated build and release routines.
Maintain Documentation: Help write and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates with relevant project work or internship experience are welcome).
Cloud Knowledge: Foundational understanding of cloud computing principles, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI exposure.
Programming Foundations: Good foundational knowledge in Python or JavaScript for scripting and debugging simple issues.
CI/CD Concepts: Basic awareness of DevOps concepts and version control tools like Git and GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to troubleshoot technical challenges.
Continuous Learning: High enthusiasm for learning new cloud technologies and AI tools quickly.
Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to different teams.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Academic projects or certification in Google Cloud, DevOps, or Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Bash scripting.
