Job Description
1. Sales and collection - To plan monthly sales budget as well as collection for LASF-Urban Territory
2. Network expansion -To make sure CB and NCB opening of dealer's where existing dealer is not present.
3. KC and AMP targets for the territory and to add new painters where painters are not registered
4. Site visit for new leads
5. Shop meet & painters meet (7mandatory for MWA qualification)
6. New dealer mapping in vacant areas where our channel partners are not available.
Education Qualification
Graduates from any background
Salary: - 18K to 20K + Rs. 5750/-
Experience/Knowledge/Skill requirement/Tools requirement
1. Sales and promotion knowledge, marketing know-how
2. Interpersonal skill, Convincing Skill, Communication skill
3. Hands-on knowledge about Mobile Apps & Online platforms like PayTM, GPay, PhonePe
4. Preference for candidates from: -
a. Paints & Building Material - Allied industries like: Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Akzo, Dulux, Cement, Electrical, Pipe, Hardware
b. BFSI/Eductech/Insurance –
5. Ready to travel and having two-wheeler is mandatory (Driving License is must)
