role leverages learning analytics to optimize program effectiveness and supports organizational alignment.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO?
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Curriculum Development:
• Oversee the design and execution of training programs aligned with business goals, ensuring content is practical,
engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Guide the development of structured curriculum frameworks that incorporate diverse learning methodologies such as
gamification, microlearning, and scenario-based training.
• Ensure learning paths are tailored to different roles and career stages, covering new hire onboarding, cross-training,
upskilling, and leadership development.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Evaluation (TNE):
• Lead systematic analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements at individual, team, and organizational levels.
• Oversee the development of targeted training solutions based on TNA findings, ensuring alignment with business
priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by implementing structured feedback mechanisms, data analysis, and continuous content
improvement strategies.
Content Design, Development & Innovation:
• Supervise the creation of learning materials, collaborating with SMEs to ensure relevance and applicability.
• Ensure instructional design best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) are followed to create high-impact, user-centric learning
experiences.
• Oversee the development of various learning formats, including self-paced e-learning, interactive games, scenario-based
videos, and blended learning modules.
• Ensure all training materials are optimized for accessibility and device compatibility, supporting seamless digital learning
experiences.
Online Course Creation & Interactive Learning:
• Oversee the development of online courses with a strong focus on video-based learning, interactive assessments, and
scenario-based modules.
• Guide the creation of high-quality instructional videos, ensuring engaging visuals, animations, and real-world application.
• Implement interactive learning techniques such as branching scenarios, simulations, and AI-driven personalized learning
pathways.
• Ensure seamless integration of online courses within the Learning Management System (LMS) to track progress and
engagement
Learning Delivery & Facilitation:
• Provide guidance on the execution of diverse training modalities, including InstructorLed Training (ILT), Virtual ILT,JOB DESCRIPTIONcoaching, mentoring, and peer learning.
• Lead high-impact leadership development programs, facilitating engaging classroom sessions and executive-level
presentations.
• Drive the adoption of innovative learning methodologies to enhance engagement, retention, and real-world application.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
• Provide mentorship and upskilling initiatives for team members at MB1, MB2, and MB3 levels, ensuring progressive
competency growth while ensuring alignment with strategic L&D objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to assess learning needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Act as the primary L&D representative, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and alignment with business
objectives.
