The sourcing focus is in our Genie Aerial work platform<br />products. We want you to utilize our global leverage to regionally achieve the best value in cost, quality, reliability,<br />service, and support. This role will co-ordinate cross functional relationships, including product development/<br />engineering, materials management, local purchasing, operations, finance and aftermarket.Responsibilities:<br />This Position shall:<br /> Manage supplier readiness to execute the with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production<br />Part Approval Process (PPAP) for Metals Categories like Fabrication – Steel & Aluminium, Plastics,<br />Fasteners and Support Castings, forgings, Springs, Small Machined Parts.<br /> Qualify Suppliers to the welding code through surveys, assessments, sample creation, and<br />destructive testing.<br /> Coach suppliers using effective problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Why’s, fishbone) to ensure root<br />causes are accurately identified and effective preventive measures are implemented<br /> Conduct on-site manufacturing technical assessments and quality system assessments at domestic and<br />international supplier locations.<br /> Accurately assess supplier capabilities to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications will be<br />met reliably in production.<br /> Perform detailed drawing reviews for accuracy and design-for-manufacturability risks; initiate and<br />recommend engineering changes, as necessary.<br /> Develop the supply chain: create and execute custom-tailored quality improvement plans based on<br />supplier performance data and the maturity of their quality management systems. Including full project<br />management of all quality improvement related activities for newly selected or struggling suppliers.<br /> Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and activities focused on purchased component risk reduction<br />within the AWP supply chain. Must be willing to communicate and collaborate inside and outside of<br />the organization daily.<br /> Travel up to 50% (domestic and international) to perform supplier site assessments, level 5 PPAPs, and<br />problem-solving workshops.Qualifications / Skill/ Experience / Competencies:<br /> Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Equivalent) from an accredited<br />college/university.<br /> 5+ years of proven industry experience in the field of Gas Metal Arc Welding GMAW is Preferred.<br /> Should be String in Reading Drawings and Dimensional Inspection of Parts – Manual & CMM<br />Mandatory.<br /> Experience with portable CMM and 3D metrology grade scanners a plus, including the ability to generate<br />and interpret inspection reports using PolyWorks.<br /> Knowledge of Paint and Painting systems (powder coating and liquid) a plus<br /> Proficient in GD&T; able to read and interpret 2D technical drawings and 3D models<br /> Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and related tools such as: DFMEA, PFMEA,<br />control plans, PPAP.<br /> Knowledge of heavy steel fabrication methods, such as tooling design and welding sequencing best<br />practices to ensure part accuracy and manufacturability.<br /> Experience auditing or assessing heavy fabrication manufacturing in a fast-paced production<br />environment, with a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities.<br /> Familiarity with American Welding Society codes D1.1, D14.3, D14.9 strongly preferred.<br /> Familiarity with destructive and non-destructive testing (Ultrasonic, radiography, eddy current, mag<br />particle, dye penetrant)<br /> Demonstrated experience solving problems by correctly identifying root cause and implementing<br />sustainable and effective countermeasures.<br /> Experience with ISO9001, TS16949, or similar quality management systems and auditing practices.<br /> Strong project management and organizational skills.<br /> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in both English and Spanish.<br /> Demonstrated team player and collaborator.<br /> Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.<br /> Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Travel:<br /> Must be willing and able to travel locally and globally (up to 50% raising upto 75% during periods of<br />challenging Business environments).<h3>experience</h3>15

<p>Job Description: </p><p>The aim of the Service Engineer is to provide with service and technical support to the customers. Develop and maintain regular contacts with customers for long time agreement at all levels. Implement the service plan to increase the customer satisfaction.</p><p>In this role your responsibilities are:</p><p>· Execute the service plan effectively</p><p>· Handle installation/ startup of electric tools</p><p>· Executing Annual service agreements</p><p>· Handle Customer Complaint (Warranty/ Goodwill/ Others) and ensure proper logging into QCM database</p><p>· Resolve issues of the specified territory and also be carry out day to day functions of service related job</p><p>· Ensure and meet the target response time</p><p>· Provide customer training for better up time of the product</p><p>· Co-ordinate with service sales team for proper execution of service plan</p><p>· Guide/Assist service Engineers to perform duties effectively</p><p>· Mange the key accounts directly and ensures customer satisfaction</p><p>· Arrange for customer presentations to improve product life cycle</p><p>· Co-ordinate with Project & Sales team for installation of machines allocated to service</p><p>· Analyze the problems and guide the team accordingly</p><p>· Ensure “Safety Health and Environment” compliance at on site workshop</p><p>· Find out the red-flags and analyze the root cause for failures</p><p>· Provide support to the aftermarket sales team in lead generations for AMCs and Spare parts</p><p>· To handle and administer various different techniques of service processes with regard to IMS</p><p>· On site knowledge of Handheld, Fixture spindle, pneumatic, software product, QAT  tools and accessories </p><p> </p><p>Experience:</p><p>2-3 years of experience in Service and Maintenance in Motor vehicle or other industries. </p><p>Experience in servicing or maintenance of tools will be an added advantage. </p><p>Knowledge and skill to repair and install equipment on site.</p><p>Required PLC knowledge with automation field is must</p><p>Experience in handling DC tool will be added advantage. </p><br /> <h3>experience</h3>5
