Key Responsibilities -• Lead site HSE implementation and support project teams in maintaining high safety standards. • Interface with Client HSE Leadership to ensure alignment with project safety requirements and standards. • Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Mines Act, DGMS guidelines and applicable statutory requirements. • Oversee safety for critical construction activities including work at height, scaffolding, erection & lifting activities, excavation, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical works. • Inspect construction equipment, lifting machinery, and other site equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance. • Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and gap analysis. • Monitor contractor safety practices and enforce permit-to-work systems. • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis. • Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and safety reviews.
