What You Will Bring to the Role

What You Will Be Doing
 Lead software development projects, assessing and communicating
project progress and roadblocks
 Provide input to the implementation strategy of various initiatives
 Engineer technical solutions that maintain high standards of software
quality
 Mentor peers on the how, what, and why of technical solutions
 Actively participate in code reviews and estimation activities
 Provide input into continuous improvement experimentation
 Provide production support as needed
 Create and update software artifacts
