    Objective:

     

    Acts as enabler controlling 4M (Man, Machine, Methods, and Material) .MIS reporting for management on regular basis. Support, execute and monitor all Key performance indicators. Track Machining delivery Plan Vs Actual along with Inventory monitoring. Lean ( 5S, Standardized work, Industrial engineering, TPM).

     

    Utilization of SAP for data management and lean tools to identify improvements.

     

    Main Responsibilities:

     

    • Reports as per the management requirement in terms of inventory in overall value stream on daily basis. Decision making based on inventory.
    • Internal control for all planning activities for customer as well as plant.
    • Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
    • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay on daily basis.
    • Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
    • Manpower analysis for improving Man hr/pc and sustain improvements at shop floor.
    • Collaborate with internal departments and ensure that necessary actions being taken to ensure the required production plan’s execution.
    • Follow-up with internal departments for resource allocation in terms of manpower, dies, material and other required tools.
    • Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems. Ensure Bill OF Materials on regular basis as per norms and updated in system.
    • Address customer/Internal queries and concerns in a timely fashion.
    • Understanding and usage of Lean tools. ( 5S, Standardized work, VSM, TOM etc.)
    • Maintain high level of discipline in terms of 5S by doing audits, identifying improvements and closure of non-conformities.
    • Usage of Time study wherever applicable and needed in terms of analyzing the bottleneck operations. Highlight issues and initiate action to overcome any difficulties in achieving the customer demand and desired output.

     

     

    Position Requirements:

     

    • 7+ years : Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering with Automotive industry experience is preferred
    • Aluminium Die Casting Industry with power train and structural components experience will be added advantage
    • Technical Skills – MS office package, AutoCAD, SAP
    • Soft skills – Excellent communication abilities

         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
