LIVE UNDERWRITER:
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of experience as Live Underwriter
- Working knowledge of conventional, VA and FHA which is Mandatory. Good to have USDA, Jumbo, Reverse, Non-QM, HELOC
- Extensive knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines which is Mandatory. Agency guidelines should be an added advantage
- Extensive working knowledge on 4’C
- Should know in and out of DU, LP and GUS in detail
- Should be well-versed in income calculations on both salaried and self-employed based on the product types
