Exposure into Live Underwriter
Wworking knowledge of conventional, VA and FHA which is Mandatory. Good to have USDA, Jumbo, Reverse, Non-QM, HELOC
Extensive knowledge on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines which is Mandatory. Agency guidelines should be an added advantage
Have an extensive working knowledge on 4’C
They know in and out of DU, LP and GUS in detail
They are well-versed in income calculations on both salaried and self-employed based on the product types
Candidate should be flexible with Night shift
Work from Office only
