1. Machine maintenance experience in chemical etching tools (dry etchers, wet benches, plasma etchers) 2. Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, RF power supplies, pumps, chillers, and gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers 3.Understand and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate, selectivity, uniformity, CD profile). 4. Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch, over-etch, particle contamination). 5. Assist in process recipe transfers, equipment qualification, and calibration. 6.Provide feedback from equipment condition to help improve process stability and yield. 7. Follow strict EHS protocols for handling & storage of hazardous gases and wet chemicals 8.Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety procedures. 9. Knowledge in Pneumatics , electrical circuit, servo systems and PLC controlled machines 10. Able to perform RCA, CAPA, Preventive maintenance, Time based & Condition based maintenance, Kaizen and 5S 11. Perform spare parts management, SOPs and technical documentation
