1. Machine maintenance experience in chemical etching tools (dry etchers, wet benches, plasma etchers) 2. Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, RF power supplies, pumps, chillers, and gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers 3.Understand and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate, selectivity, uniformity, CD profile). 4. Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch, over-etch, particle contamination). 5.
