• Should be able to understand the basic communication from drivers.

• Must guide drivers effectively based on their concerns shared over a call.

• Prior experience in a service center or workshop setup is preferred.

Background of hiring -Final Inspector / Service Advisor / Quality Controller
Background:

• Candidates with experience in fleet operations (e.g., Cars24 or similar) are preferred.or else any relevant field such as Surveyor Insurance company.

• Alternatively, candidates with a workshop background in a Quality Controller role are acceptable.

• Must have strong hands-on technical knowledge and practical workshop experience.
