As our ideal Logistics Account Manager, you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the automotive logistics world. You're adept at understanding client needs and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- You hold an MBA or an equivalent degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain management.
- You bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in the automotive industry, covering inbound components, finished vehicles, or aftersales logistics.
- You have hands-on experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or a common service provider in automotive logistics.
- You possess a solid grasp of automotive industry cost structures and value drivers.
- You're familiar with typical automotive IT platforms and solution development processes.

- Act as the primary liaison for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in India, cultivating strong relationships that influence decision-making.
- Spearhead business development in key areas including:
- Domestic Production Logistics: Managing inbound component movements from suppliers to OEM plants, encompassing complex routes, consolidation, and just-in-time delivery.
- India-Bound Components: Overseeing overseas sourced components, including warehousing and timely supply to production lines.
- Spare Parts Warehousing & Distribution: Managing warehousing and distribution for spare parts both within India and for export markets.
- Automobile Exports: Facilitating the export of automobiles, primarily using containerized shipping.
- Domestic Automobile Movement: Coordinating the movement of automobiles within India via short-sea shipping, road, and rail.
- Manage Finished Vehicle Logistics for passenger cars, heavy vehicles, and two-wheelers, utilizing container-on-rail and specialized rail wagons.
