JOB Responsibilities/Main KRA:
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and manage inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring products specifications, and addressing any quality issues.
- Supervise and motivating production staff/people/team, providing training and development opportunities, and address performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, implement safety procedures, and addressing any safety concerns for production team/s.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Monitor production performance, collect data, and prepare reports for management with respect to production.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that production process meet quality and safety standards.
- Knowledge on IATF16949, OHSAS & EMS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, VDA, FTA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and etc.,
