Position : Maintenance Manager
Location- Pune
Total years of experience : 8-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Qualification : Electrical Engineering Graduate preferred.
Electric diploma with adequate competency will also be considered.
Reporting To : General Manager
Job Purpose & Accountabilities
- Experience in working in Plastic/PVC Extrusion Field
- Experience in working with a multi-national environment will be a plus point
- Ready to work hands on & lead the maintenance team.
- Should be able to work cohesively with other depts. Like Production, Planning etc
- Good English speaking and ability to communicate effectively. Hands on MS Office tools, ERP with adequate skill.
- Should possess strong analytical skills in trouble shooting machine faults. Ability to fix the problem by referring to user manual, tracing the electrical circuits, Mechanical parts OR if necessary, using own network to get support from competent agency to resolve the problem.
- Awareness and Knowledge of IATF / ISO 45001.
- Conversant with preventive and predictive maintenance, spares management, PLCs, drives SCADA etc
- Good knowledge of Electrical & Electronics.
- Safety working knowledge in HT & LT Panel.
- Good knowledge of maintaining power factor to unity.
- Good knowledge of pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit in extrusion base machine.
- Good knowledge of commissioning & erection of extrusion base machine.
- Awareness of material handling equipment like forklift, battery operated stacker.
- Good knowledge of DG SET & proper planning of preventive maintenance & spares.
- Good knowledge of Air compressor, chiller unit & proper planning of preventive maintenance & spares.
- Experience in AC &DC drives, AC & DC motors - preventive maintenance.
- Awareness of "5S "activity.
