Key Responsibilities:
·Preferred experience in woven sack manufacturing.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage raw material (RM) linkage to ensure timely availability for production.
- Track production progress and address bottlenecks to achieve production targets.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production, material utilization, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Head Office (HO) for production updates, reports, and requirement alignment.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and maintain records for audit and review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Strong knowledge of excel & planning
- Commercial knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC or Production Coordination.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
