Job Description:

• Product Development:
  • Translate customer concepts and specifications into manufacturable solutions.
  • Design and develop product structures considering material efficiency and manufacturing capability.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to assess feasibility and provide technical input during RFQ and proposal stages.
• Process Optimization:
  • Partner with production teams to ensure optimal processes E2E.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), WIs, and product specifications.
  • Recommend improvements for design, materials, and processes to enhance product quality and reduce cost/waste.
• Project Management:
  • Lead or support new product introductions (NPI), from prototype to production along with DOE (Design of experiment) and CPk calculation and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for tooling, materials, and sample approvals.
  • Track and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Documentation & Systems:
  • Create and maintain PFMEA, DFM, BOMs, CAD drawings, product specifications documents.
  • Support cost estimation activities including labor, materials, and machine run times.

                        Strong expertise in statistical data analysis.
