We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our entire manufacturing lifecycle, encompassing the Press Shop, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Powder Coating processes. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of proven experience in a similar industry and possess a strong background in managing complex, multi-stage production environments. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining optimal efficiency and safety on the shop floor in our Jalgaon facility.
