Job Title: Medical Representative

Reports To: Area Sales Manager - Pune Division
Job Summary
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies across designated territories in Pune to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across target Pune zones
Promote product lines, present clinical data, and drive prescription generation.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Pune territory.
Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, stockists, and retail chemists.
Ensure product availability across local pharmacy networks and stockists.
Track competitor activities and submit daily call/sales reports via CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc), or related field.
0-2 years of pharma sales experience in Pune (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
Good understanding of the local Pune healthcare and pharmacy network.
Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
Valid two-wheeler driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel.
