* Improve manufacturing yield, test coverage, reliability, and overall product quality.
* Participate in design reviews, DFMEA activities, and manufacturing readiness assessments.
* Ensure compliance with IPC standards and industry best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Required Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering (or related).
* 5-7 years in PCB design, CAM, or manufacturing engineering with hands-on DFM/DFA experience.
* Proficiency with DFM/DFA tools such as Siemens Valor NPI / DFMStream, Zuken CR-8000 DFM Center, Cadence Allegro, or Altium Designer.
* Strong working knowledge of IPC standards and PCB fabrication + SMT/THT assembly processes.
* Ability to interpret Gerber, ODB++, and IPC-2581 data formats.
* Strong knowledge and experience in PCB DFM/DFA/DFT, PCBA Assembly, NPI, or related functions.
* Strong understanding of PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes.
* Experience working with PCB fabricators, EMS partners, and contract manufacturers.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills:
