Wind Industry Expertise: Proven experience in wind turbine technology, with a heavy emphasis on hands-on mechanical troubleshooting, commissioning, or maintenance practices (e.g., gearboxes, hydraulics, main bearings, pitch/yaw systems).
Technical Documentation & Frameworks: Strong experience in technical writing, document control, or engineering knowledge management within a heavy industrial or utility environment.
Analytical Skills: Expert problem-solving capabilities, with a strong grasp of standard engineering methodologies like Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 5-Why analysis.
Communication & Organization: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering theory and practical field maintenance operations.
Standards & Compliance: Solid understanding of industry standards, technical documentation compliance, and safety regulations relevant to utility-scale wind turbine operations.
