Key Responsibilities:
 Repair and maintenance of:
o Diesel and oil burners
o Vacuum pumps, suction pumps, gear pumps, gear motors
o General motors, mechanical seals, and gland packing
 Quick installation and mounting of:
o Gear assemblies, screw conveyors, bearings
o High-pressure/high-temperature mechanical seals
 Troubleshooting and reliability checks for:
o Temperature and pressure sensors
o Bearings and pipe systems (ASME and other relevant standards)
 Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of rotating and static equipment
 Root cause analysis and resolution of mechanical failures
 Support in commissioning of new mechanical systems and retrofits
 Inventory tracking and coordination for critical spares and consumables
 Documentation of maintenance logs, repair records, and compliance checklists
 Actively participate in procurement for sourcing mechanical components and services
 Adherence to safety protocols and participation in toolbox talks and audits
 Must be well-networked in the Khopoli–Taloja area, with strong local connections for ...
