Key responsibilities
- For Leading & managing MEP related works in the projects department.
- Review of scope of service in detail & understanding it thoroughly
- Review of DBR & Understanding it thoroughly and ensure the decisions taken are implemented in GFC’s.
- SEEK MEP questionnaire from consultants, discuss, debate with PMC & consultants and arrive at the optimum requirements.
- Present the options and recommendations on MEP Base build related works to management.
- Verification and accuracy of measurements in RABills certifications.
- Recording of Joint measurements for the works which are hidden.
- Ensuring the works are carried out as per the agreed method statements.
- In process Inspections, Issuing Site instructions & ensure compliances, and recording Checklists.
- Understanding technical specifications and correlating it with reference to works at site.
- Raise RFI, Obtain Response and Communicate through Project Manager.
- Witnessing of physical Stock of materials at site on fortnightly.
- Responsible for monitoring MEP related works at site as per given GFC drawings.
- Responsible for getting the MEP As built / coordination drawings from all stake holders for Projects.
- Collating all the required design documentation and drawings at one place in soft and hard formats.
- Complete document management system implementation for storage, retrieval& archival of documents, drawings and any other records.
- To ensure Audits (Quality & EHS) are planned at intervals from PMC/Contractors and get the Audit & compliance reports in place.
- Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed.
- Checking the works at site along with drawings and highlight for any deviations etc.
