About the Company: A top Japanese soy sauce brand, renowned for quality and culinary excellence, is expanding its presence and seeking dynamic individuals to join its team.
About the Role: As the face of this leading brand, you will build key relationships with chefs and restaurant owners, introducing them to our delicious soy sauce and other products. This is a hands-on, 6-month contract position perfect for someone who thrives on relationship building and direct sales impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant decision-makers.
- Distribute product samples and marketing materials.
- Gather feedback and usage information from restaurants.
- Increase product awareness and trial within target restaurants.
- Contribute to significant sales growth in key cities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales, merchandising, or related experience (0.6-1 year in FOS/FMCG/Beverage/Hospitality preferred; recent graduates with relevant experience also considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for food and the culinary industry.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and conversational English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience building restaurant or business relationships (a plus).
- Strong understanding of the foodservice industry.
- Ability to lift and carry product samples.
Compensation:
Annual Salary (CTC): ₹27,000
