RoleRole & Responsibilities
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Horeca sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes) in North Delhi. You will build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring product visibility and maximizing sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in representing the company and its products to key clients, driving sales performance and achieving ambitious targets.
Main tasks include
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca sector.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management.
- Identify and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success in the Horeca sector.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
