- Interpret storyboards outlining service procedures to design immersive and interactive 3D experiences.
- Optimize 3D CAD models to improve the performance and efficiency of holographic experiences.
- Create and process animations using appropriate 3D software tools.
- Develop and manage content, including 3D assets, for XR devices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to ensure timely progress and delivery of training experience.
- Manage workload and priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with peer developers to share knowledge and understand workflows and processes.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Lead or Manager within agreed timelines.
- Innovate and propose improvements to existing workflows.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team collaboration.
- Provide weekly status updates to the Manager or Division Owner.
