Experience5-8 years of experience in manufacturing training, with minimum 3 years in FMCG/Food Processing/ChemicalsProven track record in greenfield/brownfield facility ramp-ups or large-scale workforce developmentHands-on experience with automated manufacturing operations and process industriesStrong background in safety training and regulatory compliance (Factories Act, FSSAI, ISO standards)Experience developing training content for diverse workforce

Experience on timing chain assembly process / any continuous assembly line.Design and develop assembly tools, dies, and mechanical machines for chain manufacturing, with robust process controls in line with program timelines.Implement and troubleshoot automation solutions including vision systems, cameras, sensors, and PLC programs.Identify process bottlenecks, drive improvements, and resolve technical issues in assembly and machinery
