Key Responsibilities
Spearhead and contribute to the mechanical design and NPI efforts for electric motor products, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams (electrical, manufacturing, systems) to deliver integrated solutions that align with customer requirements.
Serve as a key liaison with customers, suppliers, and international partners, supporting technical discussions, project updates, and program coordination.
Support and refine design validation, prototyping, and release-to-to-manufacturing processes.
Actively participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help cultivate a local mechanical and NPI engineering team, including the mentoring and onboarding of new members.
Contribute to shaping and implementing best practices in mechanical design, NPI workflows, and project execution.
