Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing standards.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role.
- Proficiency in nursing practices and patient care.
- Strong understanding of B.Sc Nursing and GNM principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Registered Nurse license in good standing.
