Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction industry HSE management.
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
Experience in high-risk construction environments (e.g., high-rise, tunnelling, metro, infrastructure).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions and promote workforce engagement in safety.Preferred Experience:
Worked on large-scale EPC / Infrastructure / Metro / Oil & Gas projects.
Exposure to international HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Experience in managing multi-national and multi-cultural workforces.
