  • Draft product descriptions and attribute mapping as per ONDC schema.
  • Review and validate image quality; flag gaps and assist sellers in corrections.
  • Maintain catalog scoring and readiness tracker.
• Seller Profiling & Inventory Support
  • Collect and validate seller details (MSME/FPO certification, product line).
  • Support sellers in basic pricing strategy and inventory updates.
  • Ensure product visibility and catalog hygiene on Buyer Apps.

• Order Fulfillment Support
  • Monitor order flow from confirmation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
  • Track seller cancellations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain weekly dashboards for onboarding progress and catalog health.
  • Escalate recurring issues (catalog rejection, cancellations, TAT delays).
  • Handhold sellers on operational processes until self-sufficient.

• • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or seller onboarding (marketplace or aggregator).
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, catalog CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce product taxonomy and seller operations.
  • Good communication skills (regional language knowledge a plus).
