Draft product descriptions and attribute mapping as per ONDC schema.
Review and validate image quality; flag gaps and assist sellers in corrections.
Maintain catalog scoring and readiness tracker.
Seller Profiling & Inventory Support
Collect and validate seller details (MSME/FPO certification, product line).
Support sellers in basic pricing strategy and inventory updates.
Ensure product visibility and catalog hygiene on Buyer Apps.
Order Fulfillment Support
Monitor order flow from confirmation to delivery.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
Track seller cancellations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain weekly dashboards for onboarding progress and catalog health.
Escalate recurring issues (catalog rejection, cancellations, TAT delays).
Handhold sellers on operational processes until self-sufficient.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or seller onboarding (marketplace or aggregator).
Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, catalog CMS tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce product taxonomy and seller operations.
Good communication skills (regional language knowledge a plus).
