Location: Pune **Payroll Company:- Randstad India Pvt Ltd Roles and Responsibilities:
- Order Review: Review orders for accuracy and completeness before processing. (Check list)
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into SAP.
- Customer Communication- Mail : Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any discrepancies/order acknowledgement/order confirmation.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain data sheet for order pending for amendments/date confirmation.
- Resolution: Resolve order-related issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel/ Team members. (Errors while entry of orders)
- Pending order + Follow up: Update on pending order for entry and follow up for closing pending orders.
- Dispatch : Process dispatch for end user/service. (New candidate will not be assigned dispatch immediately – will be trained in future based on requirement)
Candidate should have
Educational background – BA, BCom (graduate)
Fluency in English (read and write)
Experience – minimum 2 yrs working in a similar role.
